About

About WallFlow

WallFlow is a CRM and estimating system for wallpaper installation contractors. Its Material Engine turns wall dimensions, pattern repeat, waste factor and door and window deductions into an exact roll, panel and yard count, and that count flows into a branded estimate the client signs on their phone, then through scheduling, installer assignment, invoicing and payment.

Who builds WallFlow

WallFlow is built, owned and operated by Orium Studios LLC, an automation studio in Sacramento, CA. It is the studio's own product, not a client project, and it runs in production with paying customers. The studio was founded in Hollywood, Florida, and works from Sacramento, CA. Its work for other trades, its process and its prices are published at oriumstudios.com; wallflow.pro does not restate them.

The founder

Eugene Romanov (Founder, Orium Studios) built WallFlow and personally runs the setup call for every new customer. He works in English and Russian. More on the founder page, on the studio's about page and on LinkedIn.

What WallFlow is, and is not

WallFlow is wallpaper-shaped on purpose: the Material Engine, the labels and the pipeline are built around wallpaper installation. A business in another trade needs a system of its own, which is the studio's work rather than a WallFlow plan; this page explains how to tell which you need. WallFlow does not offer a free tier. The trial is time-limited and capped, and when it ends you choose a plan.

Where else to find WallFlow

WallFlow does not have social profiles of its own yet. The studio that builds it and its founder do, and these are the only ones:
