1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WallFlow ("the Service"), operated at wallflow.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WallFlow is a SaaS platform for contractor businesses. The Service provides tools for material calculation, estimate generation, customer management, electronic signatures, team coordination, and business workflow management.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

WallFlow offers Free, Pro, and Team subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Free plan usage is subject to limits (projects, customers, AI scans, PDF exports, and emails). These limits are cumulative and do not reset.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (estimates, customer information, project details, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), DocuSign (e-signatures), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI), and Telegram (notifications). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Electronic Signatures

WallFlow facilitates electronic signatures. By using this feature, you acknowledge that electronic signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures under applicable e-sign laws (including the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA).

WallFlow is not responsible for the legal validity or enforceability of any specific document signed through the platform.

9. AI Features

The AI photo scanning feature provides estimated wall dimensions based on image analysis. These estimates are approximate and should be verified with physical measurements. WallFlow is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated measurements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
