Pricing
Every customer starts with a Launch call.
Free 7-day Team trial, no card, capped at 5 estimates, 5 customers and 3 team members. No free tier. Or skip it: pay once for a setup call with the founder, your first real quote goes out to a real client during it, and then you keep the software on a monthly plan.
The WallFlow Launch
Start hereOne price for everybody. No introductory rate, no cohort, no discount.
- 60 minutes on a call with the founder, who built the product
- WallFlow configured around your trade, your pricing and your materials
- Your first real quote sent to a real client before the call ends
- The first month of the subscription is included in the Launch.
Double guarantee
The first real quote is sent to a real client during the setup call, or the Launch is free. If WallFlow does not save the business 5 or more hours in the first 30 days, the subscription is fully refunded and the data is exported back to Excel.
Business review
Before a custom buildA one-time review of how the business actually runs, before anything is built: what an existing vertical already covers, what would have to be built, and a written scope with a fixed price at the end of it.
A build then starts at $2,000, one-time, against a written scope, plus an ongoing Pro or Team subscription. If the review finds that an existing vertical already covers the work, it says so and the answer is a $997 Launch instead.

Common questions
Does WallFlow have a free trial?▼
Yes. WallFlow offers a 7-day free trial of the Team plan with no credit card, limited to 5 estimates, 5 customers and 3 team members. There is no free tier: when the trial ends you choose a plan. The trial is for people who want to look around first. The Launch is for people who want it working: on a Launch call the founder sets WallFlow up around the business and the first real quote goes out to a real client before the call ends. On a 60-minute Launch call WallFlow is set up for your business and your first real quote goes out to a real client before the call ends, which is why most people skip the trial and start there.
What does the Launch cost and what is included?▼
The Launch is $997 one time, the same price for everybody. A 60-minute done-with-you setup call with the founder. WallFlow is configured for the business during the call, and the first real quote goes out to a real client before the call ends. The first month of the subscription is included in the Launch. There is no introductory rate and no discount: the number on this page is the number.
Is there a discount for paying annually?▼
No, and the annual price is not one. Pro is $990 a year, about $83 a month, and Team is $1,990, about $166 a month. Paying twelve months up front costs ten months. It is the same offer for everybody, there is no promotional rate, and you can move between monthly and annual whenever you want.
What happens if the setup call does not work out?▼
The first real quote is sent to a real client during the setup call, or the Launch is free. And after that: If WallFlow does not save the business 5 or more hours in the first 30 days, the subscription is fully refunded and the data is exported back to Excel.
Is the wallpaper calculator free?▼
Yes, and it stays free. The wallpaper calculator at /calculator and /wallpaper-calculator is a free public tool that anyone can use without an account. It is not a plan and it is not the trial. Anyone can use it, and installers can embed it on their own website to capture leads.
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes. Cancel from your billing page. Paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Project data is never deleted, and it can be exported back to Excel at any time.
What is the difference between Pro and Team?▼
Pro is one user: estimates, the calculator, e-signatures, the client portal. Team adds people with real roles, the installer and salesman portals, the scheduling calendar, notifications, custom branding, and the financial dashboard. 10 seats are included, then $49 per seat per month. If anyone other than you touches a job, you want Team.
What if my trade is not wallpaper?▼
WallFlow was built for wallpaper contractors first, and the roll and yardage math is specific to that trade. WallFlow is a custom CRM platform for service businesses. Wallpaper installation is its flagship vertical, the one with paying customers and working demos, not the whole product. Adapting it to another trade is either a Launch, where the pipelines and the vocabulary are configured on the call, or a custom build from $2,000 when the objects themselves have to change. A $500 business review decides which, in writing, before anything is built.
