Common questions
Is the Free tier really forever?▼
Yes. No card, no trial countdown. You get 50 estimates total, unlimited customers, and unlimited PDF exports. Most solo installers never hit the cap. If you do, that's typically the moment when WallFlow has earned its $29/month.
What's the catch with Free?▼
Every PDF you send carries a small footer line: "Created with WallFlow — wallflow.pro/r/<your-id>". When a client clicks it, they land on our homepage and you get attribution for the referral. The footer is removable on Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes. Cancel from your billing page; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account drops back to Free. Your estimates and customers are never deleted.
Do I lose my data if I downgrade?▼
No. We never delete project data. If you go over a paid-tier limit after downgrading, you can still view and send existing estimates — you just can't create new ones until you either upgrade or your monthly quota allows.
Why is the AI parse capped on Free?▼
It calls a paid LLM API behind the scenes (Anthropic). 25 parses is enough to feel the magic; if you hit it, you're using the product seriously enough to be on Pro.
