The job

Automatic follow-up on quotes, jobs and unpaid invoices

Most quotes that go unanswered are not rejections, they are things the client meant to come back to, and the business that follows up is the one that gets the work. WallFlow sends the reminders and follow-ups on a schedule rather than relying on somebody remembering: reminders before scheduled work, follow-ups on quotes that have gone quiet, and chasers on invoices that are still owed, with notifications reaching the team by Telegram and email.

The problem

Following up is the first thing dropped on a busy week, and it is the thing with the most revenue attached. A quote goes quiet, nobody chases it, and it gets recorded as a loss it never actually was.

How it works

The chasing is scheduled work the system does rather than a task a person has to remember. Reminders go out before scheduled jobs, quotes that go quiet get followed up, and unpaid invoices get chased, while the team gets notified on the events that actually need a human.

What you get

  • Scheduled follow-ups on quotes that have gone quiet
  • Reminders ahead of scheduled work
  • Chasers on invoices that are still owed
  • Telegram and email notifications to the team
  • Email delivery tracked, including opens and bounces
  • Sequences that stop when the client replies

What your client sees, what you get

Your client sees

Gets a reminder instead of being quietly written off.

You get

Stops losing jobs that were never actually declined.

Your client sees

Knows when work is happening without being called about it.

You get

Gets a notification on the events that need a person, not on all of them.

What it costs

Every customer starts with The WallFlow Launch at $997 one time, $497 for the first 10 contractors. The first real quote is sent to a real client during the setup call, or the Launch is free. The first month of the subscription is included in the Launch. After that it is $99 a month on the Solo plan. WallFlow does not offer a free trial. WallFlow does not offer a free tier. Every customer starts by paying for the Launch. What a custom build costs breaks the numbers down further.

Questions

Will follow-ups keep sending after a client replies?

No. A sequence stops when the client responds. Continuing to chase somebody who already answered is worse than not following up at all.

Can the team be notified somewhere other than email?

Yes. Telegram notifications are used in production alongside email, which matters for field teams who will not check an inbox during a working day.

Is this cold outreach tooling?

No. This is follow-up on your own quotes, jobs and invoices, meaning people who already asked you for something. Cold outreach is a different activity with different rules and is not what this does.

If none of this fits your process

The same core gets rebuilt around a business’s own objects when an off-the-shelf shape does not fit. That is a separate piece of work with its own scope and its own price.
