Why WallFlow exists

I am not a wallpaper installer. I am the founder who spent months talking to more than thirty wallpaper owners in Miami and around the country before writing a line of product code. Estimate templates in a phone. Roll math in a calculator app. Customer details buried in a year of texts. Schedules living in someone's head. The same workflow leak in every shop I sat down with.

Two hundred dollars on a misquoted wall. Five hundred on a job that ran two days long because the installer never saw the updated scope. A signed estimate nobody could find when the customer started arguing about the price. The owners I talked to all knew the leaks were there. They just did not have the time, or the right tool, to plug them.
