The job
Send an estimate and get it signed on a phone
An estimate that has to be printed, signed, scanned and emailed back loses days, and most of those days are the ones in which the client talks to somebody else. WallFlow generates the estimate as a branded PDF from the pricing that was already calculated, sends it as a link, and the client signs by drawing or typing on their phone. The signature, IP address and timestamp are recorded, which is what makes it binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA.
The problem
The delay between sending a quote and getting it back signed is where jobs are lost, and it is almost never about the price. It is about the client needing a printer, then a scanner, then remembering. Meanwhile the number in the quote was retyped out of a calculator, so there is a second place for it to be wrong.
How it works
The estimate is generated from the calculation rather than transcribed from it, so the figure quoted is the figure that was worked out. It goes as a link, opens on a phone, and is signed in the browser with the evidence of signing recorded alongside it. Your own contract can be uploaded with the signing positions mapped onto it, so the document is yours rather than a template with your logo on it.

What your client sees, what you get
Your client sees
Signs in about ten seconds, on the phone already in their hand.
You get
Stops chasing a signature for a week and finds out sooner when the answer is no.
Your client sees
Gets a document that looks like a company produced it.
You get
Sends a number that came from the calculation rather than from retyping it.
What it costs
Every customer starts with The WallFlow Launch at $997 one time, $497 for the first 10 contractors. The first real quote is sent to a real client during the setup call, or the Launch is free. The first month of the subscription is included in the Launch. After that it is $99 a month on the Solo plan. WallFlow does not offer a free trial. WallFlow does not offer a free tier. Every customer starts by paying for the Launch. What a custom build costs breaks the numbers down further.
Questions
Is an electronic signature legally binding in the United States?
Yes, under the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA adoptions, provided the signer intended to sign and the record of that intent is retained. WallFlow records the signature, the IP address and the timestamp with the document, and the signed file is retained and retrievable.
Can I use my own contract rather than a template?
Yes. You upload your own document, the signing positions are mapped onto it, and the finished file comes back merged with a signature page appended. That was built because a template with somebody else's structure is not a contract a business can actually use.
Does the client need an account to sign?
No. The estimate opens from a private link in a normal phone browser. Requiring a signup before someone can sign is the fastest way to not get the signature.
If none of this fits your process
The same core gets rebuilt around a business’s own objects when an off-the-shelf shape does not fit. That is a separate piece of work with its own scope and its own price.
