What customers asked for, and what shipped
Every change a paying customer asked for between 2026-07-18 and 2026-08-21, what shipped in answer, and the commit that did it. Most of these took days rather than quarters, which is the only claim this page is making.
Names and figures are removed. The dates and the commit references are real, and the complete record with names stays private, because a customer's staff did not sign up to appear on a supplier's marketing page.
The log starts on 2026-07-18. Work before that date exists, and it is not here: the further back the history goes, the less a commit message says about who asked and why, and an invented requester would be worse than a gap.

The duplicate-customer warning fired on any shared word, and sometimes refused to let a new customer be created at all.
Similarity is scored on the whole record rather than on a token, and the warning never blocks; it explains and lets the person decide.

A disabled room leaves the totals as well as the view, so the number on the page is the number being quoted.

A job can move anywhere on the board. The refusal now happens at the one point where it matters, which is sending an uncalculated estimate to a client.

The material sheet lays out the room and its quantity as separate columns.

The team was being signed out every couple of hours and made to log in again.
Sessions refresh in the background and survive a tab that has been left open, with the network grace period tuned so a lift with no signal does not end the session.

"I cannot receive the final invoice." The send button flipped a status and emailed nothing.
Sending an invoice sends it, and a failure to send says so instead of silently advancing the job.

Why this page exists
Because "we ship fast" is not a claim anyone can check, and a testimonial is a sentence somebody was asked to write. A dated list with references is checkable, and so are its gaps.
